Tropicana Restaurant
This little gem of a restaurant which is located on the French side of Saint Maarten is a must try. The service is friendly, but not too over bearing. The menu is not extensive, they cater to seafood dishes that are well presented, and the flavor of each dish will absolutely make your taste buds explode.
I have yet to find a restaurant that makes salads as do the Tropicana, I would rate them the best on the Island.
So, please take a little trip out to Marigot, and try the Tropicana, the price is good, the portions are good, and the taste and presentation is outstanding.
